Service Description
This experience is aimed at people with little to no rowing experience at all. TOTAL duration – 3-4hrs with a minimum of 1hr rowing in the boat Introduction to the club, equipment and boats (15min) Safety briefing (5min) Then off to the gym to learn the ‘rowing stroke‘ on the rowing machine) (30-45min) Next step, taking our training tub out to take a stroke in the river (45min) Take boat and blades out (20min) We then go rowing on the river cam! (min 1hr) Wash the boat/blades and put away (15min)
